Ran an ok time for the parkrun. 18:32, although my garmin had the course at 4.88k's, so my real time would have been closer to 19 minutes. I would like to give it another go in two weeks so the plan is to start off with the 35 minute plan on tuesday. 2k's @ 3:50 and the 1k's @ 3:40. The only change would be the long run on saturday which I was going to give myself as an additional rest day as I will be off 2 nights and I have found I have neither the energy or the enthusiasm to do anything after I finish. The race would be in place of the paced 5k but would also be the conclusion of that cycle. What do you think?
