nice going Phil and congrats on the PB
it takes a lot of guts to race 25 laps on the track, you can certainly give yourself a pat on your back
have an aerobic week and then race a Park Run / 5k next Saturday
then we can boot up after that on the program
put 3 x 1hr runs (pace at 5.30 per k, especially if easy, please provide heart rate feedback) in from now until Wednesday and then Thursday do the 6 x 1 minute fast / slow
let me know your thoughts on how you going to balance this
