The Commonwealth Games takes place every 4 years and has
a long and proud tradition. Some of the greatest distance
runners in history, Murray Halberg, Ron Clarke, Kip Keino,
Ben Jipcho, Brendan Foster, and Henry Rono to name but a few,
have competed in the Commonwealth Games. They were all Olympic
Champions or world record breakers and except for Clarke,
they also won Commonwealth titles.
