Hey!
Yep, I've had a good look at the Achilles Tendonitis page. I've been icing, stretching and massaging with anti-inflammatory gel.
I think I might head to the physio to get it checked out just to be safe anyway.
Just a question, what do you mean by
"..recovery often is made quicker via cross friction which breaks down the scar tissue.." ??
