The race result is out, my timing is 1hr44sec.
I went for a 30min run on the treadmill today and felt fine.
I've been thinking what I didn't do right for the race:
- thought maybe I didn't eat enough for breakfast on the race day. I had 1 muesli bar and an energy bar.
- I panicked at 8km and picked up speed. When I came to the last km, I was completely burnout.
Any advice?
