Hi Ed,
I've finished my last race in the 10k series and got 41.45 round the wet and quite hilly course.Im really glad i achieved my goal to go sub 40 before running on Sunday because i know that i couldn't have managed it round there.
Im not sure what you mean by "banged up" or bio-mechanics?
Now back to work and my 1hr 30 half marathon target. Theres a race coming up on the 6th Sept and one before it on the 1st Aug, only problem i have is that im on holiday/vacation at the start of July (1 week) so what i was thinking was to run the first one as a sort of time trial to see where i am pace wise, then rest a few days after with easy runs of 30 mins then go onto the training programme in preperation for the second one, counting back to hit it on race day, what you think?
