It has taken a while but here goes ..
It was always the intention to write and have a blog however in the past I have never made the time while being busy with the development of the so many different sections to Time-to-Run.

Thanks Dave, I am hoping to write a lot more across the various sites and have prepared an article already which will document the recent trip I undertook to the Tel Aviv Marathon. Have put forth part 1 already and may just pop it out now, seeing that I received my first response 😉
