Sure I saw MMS's last race Ed, an awesome improvement since beginning ... I keep following that training it's a great inspiration and That's why I try to do all de sessions provided in the schedule 'cause I belive in it :jester:
Lap | Time | AHR
1 4:31 169
2 4:33 170
3 4:34 173
4 4:35 176
5 4:37 178
Good temperature but dry... maybe in a long run that could be a problem. But I felt really good at this session and I can see a significant improvement of myself...
But that leads me a question coach, can I go faster ? or do I have to keep that pace, in this case between 4:40 - 4:45? What do you prefer?
Well Ed, I just looked at the watch after the 2k and saw that I was out of the right pace and tryed to slow down in the next 3k, at the last k the wind had stopped me, I was almost running in the same place no matter how strong I was running that was weird
I really have to focus on my pace in the next sessions to keep it easier although I felt really well until the 4k.
as per program .. then, when it comes to the wind, do be careful, as sometimes it just isn't worth it trying to hammer yourself into the wind, there will always be another time
