D .. this looks nice and easy and with such caution you should start picking up consistency
and in the same vein .. let's keep it at 4 x 1000m Rest 2 minutes pace 10 seconds quicker than the 2000's .. instead of time look at effort and especially going up the hill no need to try go quicker than 4.15/4.20 ... keep it enjoyable

Was a pretty bumpy night - ho hum. Up at 7:45am...somehow managed to get through today's lectures. However now feeling spacey and can detect slight lowering of immune system...:mmm:
