April .. you should not have run another race so soon after the 1st race
you have to be patient .. you should have given your body a chance to recover after the 1st 10km race because that result and the feedback showed there was something 'amiss'
please learn from this because such experiences can often have a negative affect as well as creating unnecessary 'fear of running'
you have the ability to go sub 60 quite comfortably so do recover and then get back in to training
till later
