I've got myself a decent gym here now...man, negotiating for gym memberships is universally stupid I think...but thats a novel's worth of complaining i won't subject you too.
Ok, I'm going to go with option C..hehe...doing an easy 60min today...and then get back on schedule with the 5k paced run tomorrow...
I'm thinking I'll just aim for a straight 20minutes...my last 5k paced run was 20:37...and my 5k time trial was 19:47, so it seems appropriate...i may up it in the last km as usual though...should be a good test of my previous 6x1k...20:00 should feel fairly good if it was a legit session...
