I was really happy after this run. :jester:
I set my watch to show both split time a total time and checked only after each km. Never looked at my bpm. I was only worried about running.
This is definitely a big improvement. :great:

you can look at starting Day 1 of the cycle tomorrow
Then Day 3 - Thursday
2 weeks and then a 5k race or 8k race
then its a 3 week cycle till the 28th June

Ỉ̫ll take today off and start Day 1 tomorrow. Then we decide btw 5k or 8k race.
But, If I start Day 1 tomorrow and have a 2 week cycle, it would end on June 14th. So, till June 28th would be a 2 week cycle, right?

This week, especially, the temperature dropped a lot. A avr temp at night is around 12C to 14C. It̫̉s freaking cold :yikes: But I didn̫̉t have any trouble running at this temperature.
