other than that a consistent set of 1000's good to see this
I had my suspicious about how accurate these readings were. Apparently it takes a while to read that my heart beats are lowering.

First cycle after build up is not easy. The 2k were very tough, but the 1k werenôt that much. I feel that my adaptation to morning runs is going step by step, but Iôm not yet comfortable with a morning run as I am with a night one. Itôs been 2 months and itôll probably take a few more. Iôm not sure how much my mind is playing tricks at me (I have this natural block when it comes to morning runs). Maybe my body is strong, but my mind is not yet.

The idea of having a blog is interesting. I normally read all threads here and was already following these blogs. Should be interesting start sharing part of my routine and other subjects with others. If it helps someone start running or keep running, it will be all worth it.
Iôm not that into blog skills (design, layout, posting pictures/links/videos, etc) and not sure how often Iôll be able to post, but definitely sounds like a great idea (just not sure how interesting my routine is :mmm
.
At first, I thought about blogging in English. Maybe, could work a ââ¬Åtranslatedââ¬Â part in Portuguese. Not sure how to deal with it (one post with two texts or two posts).
Let me think about the blogôs name.

you will be assisted in having the design etc set-up for you
and we considering making a translation plugin available for all the blogs
