Hi TheEd,

great news. MRI shows nothing to worry about. Everything is fine now.

For the next weeks, until the end of September, I'll keep things under control returning gradually up to 1h runs.

Hi TheEd,

Everything is fine here, but I'm running very little over the last months. It took much longer than expected to recover from that injury and I ended up losing interest in training hard.
I still have to build a running routine before entering a program again. Hopefully I'll do it over this second semester.
I have deep inside the will to run hard again. Just need to find the motivation. :p
