Return to Tallinn 2019

tallinn marathon events

In 2019, we look to return to Estonia to participate in the Tallinn Half Marathon which is part of the Tallinn Marathon events weekend that takes place from the 6th to 8th September.

Tallinn Marathon Events 6th – 8th September 2019

On Friday 6th September, the weekend kicks off with the We Run Tallinn 5k at 19:00 followed Saturday by the Kids runs at 11:00 and the Run, walk, Nordic Walking Optibet 10km at 17:00.

Sunday sees the running of both the Marathon (start 09:00) and the Half Marathon at 10:15

In 2015, MrsDuck, participated in the half marathon and recorded a time of 1:31:30, at the time this was a Personal Best (PB). Since then, time and life, has got in the way and her running times became poorer. However, this is 2019, and return to a half-marathon close to 1:30 is the aim.

Due to this goal, we have created half-marathon training programs with the Tallinn Half Marathon 2019 as the target.

The programs are divided into four levels and will assist those who simply want to complete a half marathon, to those who want to set a time goal and then train towards that goal.

Listed below are the various levels 1 to 4

Level 1 – Tallinn Half Marathon program

Level 2 – Tallinn Half Marathon program

Level 3 – Tallinn Half Marathon program

Level 4 – Tallinn Half Marathon program
