Time-to-Run is happy to announce that we have introduced the new sub 55 minute 10k Training schedule to the 10km programs we provide.

Following on from the sub 60 minute 10k Training program we have now provided the sub 55 minute program which is also backed up by our forum 10k training feedback to the program.
